Structural discrimination exists globally. We commit to helping change that.
We stand aligned with our in-country partners to eradicate the educational inequities caused by structural discrimination. By living our values, we strive to ensure that our mission of developing the next generation of school leaders creates opportunities for ALL children to reach their potential -- especially those who live on the margins of their societies.
Schools can be hubs of human possibility and pride — where progress is measured in both individual achievement and community development.
Still, millions of young people around the world lack great schools. Despite a sincere desire to improve, when school leaders lack access to effective tools and training, their students miss out on a fundamental need – a great education. Their life opportunities become limited, and their potential goes unrealized.
This is not simply a single student missing out on learning, but a collective and shared loss. As our world becomes increasingly more connected, we risk losing out on what our young people might have become, and the gifts they could have contributed. Whether it’s curing disease, reversing climate change, or inventing new industries, we’ll never know what they might have done if they’d received a great education.
We know schools have the potential to create the one world that all children deserve.
